Mike (not that Mike) was understanding of my concerns about taking a 5-10k mile road trip this summer and we decided on some preventative maintenance beyond the oil change. He really helped me out and got the service done in a timely manner while I waited. Donnie helped me shop for some new tires, recommended a few models, and gave me pricing estimates. He also had me laughing so hard. Super fun and comfortable place to be. I trust my car to these guys and look forward to coming in for maintenance cause it's always a pleasant experience. Worth every penny. -- Old review: I came in with a concern and CJ, Dan, and Donnie were extremely patient and understanding. Dan took me on a test drive and listened to me. They took me seriously and figured out the issue. Donnie took me back and walked me through it with great explanations and advice. Everyone has been pleasant to work with whenever I come in. I will continue to come back to keep my baby running in tip top shape.

I came into here after my serpentine belt had snapped. When I walked in they looked over my car and told me exactly what was going on in a detailed manner and told me exactly what was wrong and suggested what I should do with different options. While I waited for it to be done I sat in the waiting area and listened to some of the best customer service I have ever heard as different people came in with different problems. Plus after a couple days I came back in to have something looked at and was again met with amazing customer service. If you are looking for a mechanic this is the one to go to.
